Medicube PDRN Pink Niacinamide Milky Toner is a facial toner in an emulsified, milky-opaque form with 150 ml. It contains an oil and emulsifier share and sits between a clear toner and a light emulsion.

Niacinamide is third on the ingredient list, right after water and glycerin. Medicube declares it at 50,000 ppm in the Korean mandatory labelling, which corresponds to 5 percent.

PDRN is a trade term, not an ingredient name. On the label, sodium DNA appears at position 41. Medicube states 1 ppm for it, i.e. 0.0001 percent – a trace amount.
Four ceramides and several peptides
