General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by consumers through the online shop of
Jiri Martan, trading as "Juvéa Miel".
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.
2. Contracting Party
The purchase contract is concluded with:

3. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalog.
By clicking the order button, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods contained in your shopping cart.
Confirmation of receipt of the order is sent by email immediately after the order is submitted and does not yet constitute acceptance of the offer.
The contract is only concluded once we accept your order by sending an order confirmation by email or by shipping the goods.
We store the text of the contract and send it to you by email after your order.
The ordering process includes several steps in which you can correct your entries before submitting the order.
4. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices are final prices and include statutory value-added tax.
In addition to the stated prices, shipping costs may apply. These are clearly displayed during the ordering process.
5. Delivery and Shipping Conditions
Delivery is made to the shipping address specified by the customer.
We deliver within Germany as well as to select EU countries.
Delivery time is approximately 2–5 business days (Germany) and approximately 3–7 business days (EU).
Should a product be unavailable, we will inform you without delay.
The risk of accidental loss or accidental deterioration of the goods passes to the consumer only upon handover of the goods.
6. Payment
The available payment methods are shown during the ordering process.
The purchase price is due immediately.
7. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until paid for in full.
8. Right of Cancellation
Consumers are entitled to a statutory right of cancellation.

9. Warranty
The statutory warranty (liability for defects) law applies.
10. Liability
We are liable without limitation for damages arising from injury to life, body, or health.
For other damages, we are only liable in cases of intent and gross negligence.
In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for breach of material contractual obligations (cardinal obligations). In this case, liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.
11. Default of Payment
If the customer is in default of payment, we are entitled to demand default interest at the statutory rate.
12. Dispute Resolution
We are not obligated to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
13. Contract Language
The language of the contract is German.
14. Applicable Law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive them of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which the consumer has their habitual residence.
