📦 Shipping within Germany

All orders are shipped with full tracking and insurance. You'll automatically receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships.

We ship to select countries within and outside the EU:

⏱ Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and handed over to our shipping partner. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
📍 Delivery to DHL Packstations
Want to pick up your package flexibly? No problem — we deliver to all DHL Packstations in Germany.
Here's how to enter the address correctly:
- Field "Address line 2": your DHL Post number
- Field "Street": Packstation + station number (e.g. Packstation 105)
- Postal code and city of the Packstation as usual

We ship exclusively with DHL — Germany's leading logistics partner. Every shipment is automatically:
- assigned a tracking number
- confirmed to you by email
- delivered to your door or a Packstation

⚠ Delivery Delays
In rare exceptions — such as periods of especially high demand, strikes, or other external factors — delivery times may be longer than usual. In such cases, we will proactively inform you by email. If you have any questions about your order, you can reach us anytime at support@juveamiel.com.
