We ship to Germany as well as the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, and the United Kingdom.

Within Germany, delivery usually takes 2–5 business days. To EU countries and the United Kingdom, 3–7 business days. Orders received on a business day by 1 p.m. are usually shipped the same day, later orders on the next business day – within Germany with DHL or GLS.

Within Germany, shipping costs only €1.99 and is free from an order value of €29. To EU countries and the United Kingdom, shipping costs from €8.99.

The €1.99 rate and free shipping from €29 apply to Germany only. Shipping to all other EU countries (e.g. Austria, Czech Republic, Poland, Netherlands) costs €8.99, delivery takes 3–7 business days.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number, which you can use to follow your package at any time.

Yes, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer. Products whose seal has been opened for hygiene reasons are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll refund the purchase amount within 14 days to your original payment method.

From 1 Nov to 24 Dec 2026 we automatically add a free Dr. Ceuracle collagen modeling mask to your cart from an order value of €35 – our Christmas gift. Some of our gift sets already include a free mask as well.

Within Germany ideally by 18 Dec (delivery 2–5 business days). For other EU countries we recommend ordering by around 14 Dec.

Yes – as a web app at app.juveamiel.com. You install it straight from your browser on iPhone or Android, no app store needed. Prices and offers are the same as in the shop.
