At Juvéa Miel you only get genuine products. We source all products from an established wholesaler in Hamburg that buys from the brands' official distributors. You have our word on it – and a guarantee.

Our promise

If an item you bought from us is proven not to be genuine, we will refund the full purchase price including shipping costs.

How it works

1. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order by email at jm@juveamiel.com.
2. Include your order number and send us photos of the packaging, the batch/LOT number and the expiry date, plus a short description of why you doubt the product's authenticity.
3. We will send you a free return label. Please send the item back to us.
4. We verify authenticity by batch together with our supplier or the manufacturer.
5. If it is confirmed that the item is not genuine, we refund the full purchase price incl. shipping via the original payment method.

What the guarantee does not cover

• Damage caused by improper use or storage
• Personal dissatisfaction with effect, scent or texture (your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies for this)
• Packaging changes by the manufacturer (new designs, different countries of production) – these are normal for genuine products
