Medicube PDRN Collagen Glow Jelly Serum is a 30 ml facial serum with a wobbly, elastic, pink jelly texture. It melts on application, absorbs quickly and provides moisture.
Why you shake it briefly before each use
The formula settles in layers – you can see it in the bottle. A quick shake mixes it again so every drop has the same wobbly, elastic consistency. On the skin the jelly breaks down into a thin film that absorbs without residue.
Moisture as the base, not an add-on
Most of the formula is collagen water, stated by the manufacturer at around 65 percent – so your skin gets not a plain water base but a caring, hydrating base. Seven forms of hyaluronic acid hold the moisture at several levels, from light sodium hyaluronate to cross-linked crosspolymer.
For a more even-looking complexion
Niacinamide is one of the main ingredients and contributes to a more even-looking complexion. Acetyl hexapeptide-1 and adenosine support the care, panthenol soothes the skin feel, and tocopherol and ascorbic acid round out the formula.
No perfume, but with flowers
The ingredient list contains no perfume and no fragrance allergens that must be declared. The botanical side comes from extracts of prunus mume, peony, magnolia, edelweiss and daisy, plus rose flower water in the water base.
How to use
Shake the bottle briefly. After cleansing and toner, apply two to three drops to the face, spread, pat in lightly and finish with a moisturiser. Use morning and evening.
Good to know before buying
The serum is not vegan because, according to the manufacturer, the sodium DNA is derived from salmon. If you have a known fish allergy, discuss use with your doctor first.
